We recommend this hotel, it was fairly clean and special. We loved venue's staff and location.

This reliable, clean property has exceptional continental breakfasts and fast staff. The venue is placed in a central position very close to the center.

Liked the place, had a fine stay for holidays.

The staff and location were just great. I was there for 4 nights and ate at lobby restaurant on the top floor.

The breakfasts were incredible and exceptional with sweet options, fresh fruit. Queen room was silent and huge had hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was ideal, at walking distance from an ornate mosque.

The hotel is crowded, yet its people and food were fine, I truly enjoyed that. Outstanding personnel is at the reception desk. The lobby restaurant is great place to hang out, on the top floor.

The bathrooms are very dirty.

Tidy venue with strategic location in the centre. Perfect and immaculate room with a luxury bathroom. Whatever my needs were the sweet staff was always available to fulfill them.

We loved our really lovely staying. Economical venue, superb bar area, unique location away from centre. The dedicated staff were eager to help with all requests.

It was a such wonderful experience in a nicely renovated hotel. I liked location and rooms, they were first class. The bed was spacious and it was great having balcony, music system and terrace. Nice garden and nice pool area. Plus their wifi was stable.

Nice styled room, so so comfy bed, good hot breakfast. Everything was well maintained during our stay however disappointing aspect was very old bathroom. A private parking was available on site, courteous services. Beautifully restored hotel, 15 minutes' walk from the downtown.

It made my trip to Sofia an exceptional experience. I thoroughly enjoyed cute location, really accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast selection, coffee, tea, butter and muffins. I got the double room, it was extremely pleasant and extremely pleasant. The atmosphere created here was quiet. Easy check in and in general good service.

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was hopeless.

Rooms where nice sized and had spectacular views, convenient to be 0.5 miles away from Sofia airport. The best part of our pleasant enough stay was the reasonable breakfast. Employees were very beautiful and kept it all fairly clean. Peaceful, ideal location. Loved to hang out in the center, it's at a near distance from the hotel...

The room was very big and the breakfast was EXCELLENT, plenty of options. If you like the pedestrian area, then it would be a great base for you. Found a place called Restaurant Bristol, set extremely close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

Breakfast menu was excellent. This hotel was in a pedestrian area. Rooms were very big. Recommended base for a trip in Sofia.
